Woods 11 Months

Baby Woods!!!  You are 11 months old!!!  Wow!  You cruise all around the room using anything you can, and your clap your hands when we cheer for you or show happiness about anything.  I love seeing your little face so full of joy!

You wave to everybody, and you point to things you want.  In the mornings, after you drink your bottle, you point to your lamp asking for the light to come on and to read books.

You have said "mama," "dada," and "cracka."  You smack your lips to be funny, and it cracks us all up.

You love bread and fruit, especially blueberries, strawberries, and oranges.   You also love a straw cup and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

You are getting cuter and cuter by the second, and your 5th tooth has popped through.

I could just eat you up at this super adorable age.  You're into everything, but I wouldn't trade the messes for anything.

The Lord has blessed us more than we deserve by giving us you, sweet baby Woods!!!

Woods 10 Months

Happy 10 Months (last month), sweet baby Woods!  You are an active little guy.  You never sit still, pull up on everything, crawl under anything, and love playing rough with your big brothers.

You have the BEST laugh, and you wave at your books when we read.  It's adorable.  You get so excited when you see fruit coming your way in the high chair.

You have some stranger danger and prefer Mommy ; )  You love chewing on your blankies or sleep sacks, and I think it's the CUTEST.

Thank you, Lord, for this precious baby Woods!  We love you to pieces!!!

Woods 9 months

Woods, I am trying to soak up as much time as possible with you while you're still a "baby."  We are getting ever so close to that one YEAR thing.

At 9 months, you have 4 teeth - 2 on top and 2 on bottom (bottom came first).  You started scooting around sitting on your hiney and spinning in 360s on it, too.  It has been adorable.  You would reach so far when you wanted to grab a toy and somehow manage to get it.  I was good with that, but then on your 9 month bday, you CRAWLED for the first time (May 9, 2017).  You drag one leg a little bit with it, but you can move fast and get to where you wanna go.  It makes you SO very happy!

When your ear infections are clear, you've been an amazing 12 hours at night sleeper.  Thank you, Jesus!

You have started waving now, and that may be my favorite trick of yours.  I LOVE it!

You are a GREAT eater.  You love hummus, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, toast, blueberry muffins, green beans, squash, zucchini, and chicken.

You love STANDING and you can stand alone for a few seconds.  You pull up on everything, and you bounce anytime music comes on.

Your brothers are obsessed with you.  They give you 973 kisses before bed every night.

9 Month Stats:
Weight 19 lbs 12.5 oz, 50%
Length:  29.5 in 87%
Head Circ:  46 cm, 76%

We love you, Baby Woods!!!

Last of Christmas 2016

These pictures posted in reverse order except the first one of Gigi rocking sweet baby Woods on Christmas day night.

The day after Christmas, we went to Georgia to celebrate!

Wilson loves him some Jimbob and his crazy little videos.

Marcia accidentally ordered the GIANT stocking for Woods.  I don't think he will mind.

So many presents!  And it kinda turned into chaos for us.  Wallace developed a fever then a rash.  It ended up as erythema multiform as a reaction to Amoxicillin plus a positive strep test.  His entire body was covered, quickly, and it was super scary!

These little cousins had so much fun!

We had our family over on Christmas day night at our house to celebrate.

Merry Christmas from our family of 5!  I love them so!

Frosty was Wallace's BFF.  He ended up in his bedroom a few nights.

Praying they learn the true meaning of Christmas soon.  Wilson is definitely starting to, and it makes me so happy!

Uncle Dan had a little photo session in the front yard.

Aunt Bibi got some snuggles!

I love this picture of them!

We had a wonderful Christmas!!!

Christmas 2016

It's May 2017, and I'm just now posting some Christmas 2016 stuff.  Better late than never.

Gigi showed up regularly with surprises for the boys, and they loved every second of it.

Kisses for baby brudder!

Sugar cookies are Wilson's jam!

We decorated some cookies for Santa with icing and sprinkles.  We caught Wilson sneaking them out of the cookie jar on the counter tops countless times.

What's all over Wallace?

Santa's elf worked hard at night with his handy dandy flashlight.

Christmas Eve!

Looking good, Caleb!

The train around the white tree is always a hit!

Christmas Eve at Gigi and Papa's!

I love the tradition of being there on Christmas Eve.  This year was the first one ever that we didn't spend the night there, but we still made sure to spend plenty of time there.

Santa came!!

Waiting patiently in Mommy's bed before going out to see if Santa came

Christmas morning at home!!!

Santa brought a trampoline!

Then we headed back to the country for our favorite breakfast of the year.

Jordan brought around 3 tiny toys - bulldozer, golf cart, and 4-wheeler - as pretend gifts before the real ones came out.

Spoiled rotten

Best Christmas ever!!!
